I am very excited to share that Coding in the class has been launched. You will continue to apply your computational thinking skills through code and design a game. All you need to bring with you is an open mind, a headset and a positive attitude :)

CLASS COMMUNITY: ** discussions focussed on building understanding of a Fixed vs Growth Mindset*** Big Idea: How might differing perspectives and relationships with the environment impact relationships between groups over time? - support students in the development of critical thinking and critical literacy skills in learning how to identify stereotypes, prejudice, discrimination, and bias in a variety of sources.

VISUAL ARTS
** Applying our knowledge of rotations, reflections, translations, and lines of symmetry to complete our transformational geometry design; introducing the concepts of local architectural landmarks, design, sculpture and public space; including textiles
*** reviewing colour theory and the elements & principles of design (focussing on the use of line to convey movement)
